Sihlangu are expected to host the
Eagles in the first leg tie at the Somhlolo National Stadium in Lobamba at the
weekend of November 9-10 with the second leg being played in Nigeria a week
later.
The Swaziland FA boss Frederick
Mngomezulu said the association would consider a friendly game for Sihlangu,
who are 135th in the latest FIFA rankings, ahead of the Russia 2018 qualifier
against the Eagles, who are 52nd in the world rankings.
“We are waiting for the coach
(Harris Bulunga) to furnish with us a report – to inform us of how he wants to
work going to this game. This is an important game and we need to step up our
preparations,” Mngomezulu was quoted by the Swazi
Observer as saying on Monday.
